This is what you will do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring correct reconciliations of both slaughter and incoming transport, as well as administering various documentation from our contacts that lead to our suppliers being paid correctly for their delivered animals. We work with a clear deadline every week as our settlements are made weekly. The role includes investigating incoming documentation for accurate settlement.

You will also assist the slaughter department and veterinary inspectors with updates and information, as well as register adjustments. The work includes slaughter notifications and settlement inquiries via the phone chain where we act as a service to our suppliers.

You will work closely with both internal functions and external actors to ensure that the information is correct, complete, and delivered on time.

What you need to succeed and thrive

You have:

• A minimum of a high school education, post-secondary education in logistics, economics, or administration, or other education that can be deemed equivalent.
• Very good system skills and experience using administrative tools
• Knowledge of contracts and delivery terms
• Understanding of workflows and planning processes
• Experience working with numbers and statistics

• Analytical with a good ability to handle and understand numbers
• Positive, flexible, and stress-resistant
