• Support conversations and talk therapy focusing on rehabilitation
• Guidance for managers and groups
• Psycho-social workplace issues and conflict management

Who are you?

First and foremost, you are a licensed psychologist and confident in your professional role. We believe that you, just like us, are passionate about the connection between work and health.

In addition, you have experience in individual conversations and can work physically on-site and have an interest in digital working methods.

As a person, you are self-driven and appreciate the variation of working independently as well as being part of a cross-functional team with high competence.

The position includes travel to units and clients in the local area as needed, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
