About You

You are confident in your professional role but not afraid to further develop in it. As a person, you are engaged and trustworthy with good social skills. You have at least 2 years of experience working in a hospital.

We place great importance on the ability to communicate and collaborate with people. Working within the staffing unit demands high flexibility regarding tasks and workplaces.

Your Future Workplace

The staffing unit's mission is to cover short-term absences and peaks in work for Kalmar County Hospital and primary care in southern Kalmar County, including Öland. Through good customer relations and systematic dialogues, we take into account employees' competencies when customer needs arise. A total of over 30 employees work in the staffing unit, including nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries.

Kalmar County Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County. The hospital is an acute care hospital with specialized care, maternity care, and postnatal care. Here, over 2300 people work to provide good care and high patient safety to the county's residents. Our employees' continuous development work allows us to achieve good results in several national measurements. The hospital is located near Kalmar city center and Kalmarsund.
