JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary placement is at Tullgatan 40 A/D, but you will also have shifts supporting other units within the care and accommodation facility. You will work with care and support in daily life. You create a safe and meaningful everyday life through conversations, activities, and social presence, while supporting individuals in maintaining their independence and integrity.

As a care assistant/support worker, you provide residents with good care and support according to their individual needs. You work in accordance with the Social Services Act and perform delegated health and medical care tasks based on the Health and Medical Care Act.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and has training as a care assistant or support worker with experience. We want you to have a professional approach and a genuine interest in working with people. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, be curious, proactive, and see it as a given to contribute to a good work climate. We are looking for someone with good computer skills and experience with administrative tasks.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, including attitude, collaboration skills, and engagement. Previous experience in elderly care is an advantage.
