Dietitian at Västervik Hospital

Are you interested in a flexible job as a dietitian at Västervik Hospital where you have the opportunity to work with many different diagnoses at several levels of care? You will be one of six colleagues sharing the assignment, which includes both outpatient and inpatient care.

The position primarily targets work with adults.

In this role, you will work both independently and in a team with other professional categories. You will work with planned activities that include individual dietary treatment, follow-up, while maintaining close collaboration with your dietitian colleagues. The assignment includes making assessments and investigations regarding nutritional issues. You will prescribe dietary supplements, enteral nutrition, and special food products based on your assessment and the patients' needs.

About You

We are looking for a licensed dietitian. You are open to working broadly and find it enjoyable and challenging to have variety in your work. You have a good ability to make independent decisions and prioritize your tasks, and you enjoy working both independently and in a group. You have a consultative and unpretentious working style and are service-oriented in your interactions with patients and colleagues. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and it is an advantage if you are familiar with the Cosmic journal system. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
