At Nyhem in Kristdala, there are four special accommodations. We are now looking for a new colleague to join Nyhem. You will be part of a team with a unit manager, personnel planner, nursing assistants, care assistants, and service staff. Together, we conduct close teamwork with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and district doctors.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a nursing assistant, you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of implementing approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and health care measures according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). Nyhem is a special accommodation where you, together with other staff, implement approved measures for care, nursing, and service to individuals living in their own homes. The tasks are varied and may include personal care, activities, cleaning, and grocery shopping. We are developing a working method where everyday rehabilitation and activation for those living at Nyhem will be a natural part of daily life. The assignment also includes being a contact person and establishing implementation plans. Furthermore, it includes administering medication according to delegation. Other healthcare tasks may also occur by delegation from a nurse.

The value foundation in the Social Services Act is an important tool in our workgroup. Our starting point is always the individual and their well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience from similar tasks. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in elderly care.

As a person, you are open, self-confident, and have a professional demeanor. You have analytical skills and are positive. You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, have good collaboration skills, and are flexible, easily adapting to current circumstances. You thrive in a fast-paced and joyful work environment.

Documentation is a recurring element via our data systems, so you need to communicate well in both spoken and written Swedish.

We also place great importance on personal suitability.
