JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Municipal home rehabilitation provides support for training and activity in home environments and in care and nursing homes, adapted to factors in the care recipient's surroundings.

As an occupational therapist, you will work with assessment and training in activities as well as guidance and instruction for both care recipients, relatives, and care staff. The job responsibilities also include housing adaptations and prescribing assistive devices. As an occupational therapist, you will work in a team together with physiotherapists, nursing assistants, nurses, unit managers, and case managers. All employees work with a preventive and health-promoting approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist.

You are stable, secure, and confident in your professional role. You will work both independently and in a team, which requires you to have good initiative while also being a team player. You highly value teamwork and are genuinely interested in working with the elderly and their individual needs. As an occupational therapist, you also need to be resilient and flexible in your working methods.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement.
