Engaged and Positive Occupational Therapists Wanted!

We are now looking for two engaged and positive occupational therapists to join our team in adult psychiatry! Here you will work in modern, newly built facilities while having a deeply meaningful and developing job that truly makes a difference!

Our team consists of five occupational therapists, one physiotherapist, and an occupational therapy assistant who want you to succeed in your role.

As an occupational therapist with us, you will apply functional assessments and treatments for adult psychiatry patients, which will be carried out in several respects and includes interviews as well as activity observations based on standardized assessment instruments. You will map the individual's resources and disabilities, both independently and in a team, with the goal of creating security, continuity, and better well-being. You will actively contribute to a positive work environment and job satisfaction.

To ensure you feel secure in your role, we will offer relevant training.

About You

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist. Previous work experience as an occupational therapist is an advantage. We want you to have an interest in psychiatry.

You have a good ability to independently organize your work in an effective and structured way. As a person, you see the value of collaboration and can build and maintain good relationships with patients and colleagues.

Your Future Workplace

You will work in newly built and modern facilities specifically designed for specialist psychiatry. These facilities promote effective coordination within psychiatric operations and offer a pleasant environment for you, with spacious staff areas and a beautiful view of Kalmarsund and Öland. We are a clinic with 37 care places and about 230 employees. Here you will find three inpatient wards and two outpatient clinics.
