Psychologist/Psychotherapist Wanted for Mental Health – Achima Care Nybro and Emmaboda Health Center

We work with interventions for individuals aged 18 and above with mild to moderate mental health issues. We always strive to work person-centered in line with the introduction of Close Care and offer, in addition to physical visits, also digital contacts.

About the Position

In this role, you will work with individual conversations, psychological treatment, assessment and investigation of mental health problems, as well as documentation in the journal system. You will also work with internet-based CBT and video calls. The work is carried out in close collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and other professionals to provide patients with comprehensive care at the primary care level.

About You

We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to preventing and reducing mental health issues through psychological assessments, treatment, and counseling – both physically and digitally, individually and in groups. You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with colleagues and have good teamwork skills. We prefer that you have experience working in primary care.

Qualifications We Seek

• Licensed psychologist or psychotherapist
• Experience in clinical treatment work.
• Good communication skills and a warm demeanor.

Employment Conditions

• Permanent employment with an initial probationary period of 6 months.
• Employment rate according to agreement.
