JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as an occupational therapist with us during the summer of 2026.

Municipal home rehabilitation provides support for training and activity in home environments and in care and nursing homes, adapting to factors in the care recipient's surroundings.

As an occupational therapist, you will work with assessment and training in activities, as well as guidance and instruction for both care recipients, relatives, and nursing staff. The tasks also include housing adaptation and assistive device prescription. As an occupational therapist, you will work in a team with physiotherapists, nursing assistants, nurses, unit managers, and case officers. All staff work with a preventive and health-promoting approach.

The working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, during the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist.

You are confident in yourself and your tasks. You will work both independently and in a team, which requires you to have good initiative while being a team player. You highly value teamwork and are genuinely interested in working with the elderly and their individual needs. As an occupational therapist, you also need to be resilient to stress and flexible in your working methods.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license is a requirement.
