We offer a stimulating and developing assignment in our maternity and gynecology department.

You will meet and care for new families in maternity as well as women with gynecological diseases in the gynecology department. With us, you will experience the breadth of women's healthcare, ranging from acute care to end-of-life care. In our workgroup, we care for each other and help where needed. We have a supportive and welcoming culture, as well as a good atmosphere in our tightly-knit team. We work according to a rotating schedule with day, evening, and night shifts, providing you with high flexibility. You will be offered a tailored introduction based on your previous experiences in the role.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse who has an interest in working in maternity/gynecology. We believe you find it easy to collaborate and create contacts with others, while also being able to work independently. We appreciate a developed empathetic ability and value diversity, with an understanding of how it affects the organization. We also see that you are flexible and structured in your work. You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

The Women's Clinic in Västervik and the Maternal Health Care in northern Kalmar County offer well-functioning health and medical care in women's health, maternal health care, and childbirth. The clinic includes a gynecological outpatient clinic with day care as well as an operations and delivery department. The care department includes maternity and gynecological inpatient care with 15 beds.
