Dalsvägen 23, Gunnebo

In spring 2020, a brand new residence opened in Gunnebo, Dalsvägen 23. The residence consists of 30 apartments with generous communal areas both indoors and outdoors. In addition to the latest in alarms and technology, the residence also has its own kitchen for meal preparation. Dalsvägen 23 is also equipped with pleasant staff facilities and rooms for activities and conferences.

The residence is divided into two departments to work in smaller teams and increase continuity for our residents.

We are now looking for several colleagues for our special accommodation at Dalsvägen 23 in Gunnebo. Would you like to help shape our workplace and living environment together with us?

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include providing care, assistance, and support to residents based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful everyday life for them. You will also establish action plans for the residents you are assigned as a contact person. We work according to a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on the strengths of each individual.

You will primarily work at Dalsvägen 23 in Gunnebo, but if necessary, you may also work at other units within the southern area, as we have a close collaboration with the home care group and other residences. We apply the desired employment rate regulated by agreement and a rolling schedule for day/evening and night shifts.

Your Competence

We want you to have a degree from the care and nursing program or equivalent education.

It is important that you have a strong empathetic ability and can listen to and understand the various needs of residents, as well as a willingness to meet these needs in the best possible way. The position requires you to be responsible, proactive, and have a flexible working style. You need to be attentive and have a good ability to collaborate with residents, relatives, and colleagues. We place great value on engagement in work and a desire to contribute to the best of the organization.

You have basic IT skills and can work with the systems we use for record-keeping and more.

We consider it an advantage if you have a B driver's license and place great importance on your personal qualities.
