At Annagården, there are thirty rooms for short-term care, respite care, and relief. The facility is centrally located with proximity to public transport, the harbor, the city center, library, church, and City Park. Annagården's short-term care is for those who temporarily cannot live in their own home. Here, individuals reside who have a temporarily deteriorated health condition, need rehabilitation after a hospital stay, are waiting for an assessment regarding future needs or support measures, or require end-of-life care. Our goal is to provide professional care and support with the individual's needs at the center.

At Annagården, we focus on an activating approach and everyday rehabilitation. Baking, singing and music, various games, reading newspapers, and social interaction are other activities that take place at the facility.

We are now looking for a nursing assistant who wants to help continue developing our operations at Annagården!

Your Responsibilities

The role involves working during the day, evenings, and weekends. The position is a permanent full-time employment. We work with interventions based on SOL, LSS, and HSL. The tasks include, for example, standard care interventions, rehabilitation, delegated health and medical care interventions, e.g., medication administration, wound dressing, various assessments, etc.

We work cross-professionally with nurses, rehabilitation teams, and case managers.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in short-term care, elderly care, in a hospital setting, or other equivalent experience.

You can speak and write fluently in Swedish. We work with digital documentation, which means you need to be able to work in digital environments. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
