Job Responsibilities

Hultsfred Municipality is now looking for a nurse to join our team for the summer. We hope that you will take the chance! In municipal primary care, you will be part of a cheerful team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and rehabilitation assistants. We are currently looking for a nurse to work day/evening/weekend.

As a nurse within Hultsfred Municipality, you have overall responsibility for users connected to municipal primary care. You also have responsibility for the training of nursing staff in care and for delegation. We work based on the KASAM theory (Sense of Coherence) both among colleagues and towards our patients. Our values, "We meet in the feeling of dignity," permeate all interactions with colleagues, other professionals, users, relatives, and representatives. The work involves contact and collaboration within the team and with nursing staff, unit managers, care managers, as well as inpatient and primary care.

Qualifications

As a nurse with us, we want you to be engaged and interested in preventive work together with interdisciplinary teams. You have a salutogenic approach focusing on the individual. You enjoy teamwork and can collaborate with various professions. You are an engaged inspirer who enjoys development.

You are a licensed nurse, district nurse, or nearing graduation as you are at the end of your education. Additionally, a B driver's license is required.

More about the position

The summer position as a nurse targets the holiday periods week 26-29 (period 1) and week 30-33 (period 2). We prioritize applicants who can work the entire summer or a longer continuous period but also see the need for applicants who can work parts of the summer. Working hours are scheduled for days and evenings on weekdays as well as weekends. You also have the opportunity to work nights.
