JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now strengthening our team at the Rehabilitation Unit in Mönsterås Municipality and are looking for a licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist.

You will join a close-knit and competent team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants who enjoy working together and strive to deliver high-quality rehabilitation. Here, we work closely with patients, both in special housing and in regular housing. This provides genuine continuity and the opportunity to make a real difference in people's everyday lives.

The work takes place in interdisciplinary teams where you collaborate daily with occupational therapists, case managers, unit managers, nurses, and care staff. No day is the same; the variation is great, and you will encounter everything from acute injuries to long-term functional improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed physiotherapist/physical therapist
• Driver's license (B) required
• Experience in municipal rehabilitation or elderly care is an advantage, but we also welcome new graduates. We will provide you with a secure start.
• You have a rehabilitative and salutogenic approach, enjoy working in a team, and are passionate about developing both yourself and the organization.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability, meaning that engagement, solution focus, and good collaboration skills are highly valued.
