JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Medical Responsible Nurse (MAS) and strategic operations developer, you have a key role in our quality and development work. You lead and drive development for the entire social service from elderly care to individual and family care, LSS, and social psychiatry with a focus on quality, collaboration, and improvement.

Borgholm faces the challenges of the future: demographic changes, new working methods, and demands for sustainable competence supply. With us, you will help shape what tomorrow's care and support look like, with the resident at the center and quality as a guiding star.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• ensuring and developing the quality of care and patient safety in accordance with applicable legislation
• leading and coordinating quality and improvement work within the entire social service
• initiating, following up, and evaluating routines, self-controls, and deviations
• ensuring that we comply with regulations and have a supervisory role where you report serious risks and deficiencies to the National Board of Health and Welfare according to Lex Maria
• contributing to a sustainable and cohesive working method between the municipality's various operations
• being a key person in Borgholm's work with the Home Hospital, our model for close care, where the municipality and region collaborate for security and continuity
• planning, implementing, and following up on training initiatives for various professions in areas where the operation has needs, for example regarding routines, deviations, self-controls, and patient safety.
• inspiring and guiding colleagues and managers in the strategic quality and development work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• licensure as a nurse with experience in municipal care and support
• experience in driving development in complex contexts with participation and collaboration as a foundation
• experience working as a Medical Responsible Nurse (MAS)
• documented experience in quality management, process development, and improvement work is an advantage

A B driver's license is required for the position, as some tasks are performed in the field.
