JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer an exciting and varied job within home healthcare. As a nurse in home healthcare, you will work with both planned and acute health and medical care interventions for patients in ordinary housing and in municipal accommodations. The target group you work with is broad, and the interventions vary as patients' care needs differ. Your tasks include medical assessments and performing healthcare interventions such as sampling, wound care, palliative care, and more. You will also be responsible for medication management, medical technical products, and documentation.

In your role as a nurse with us, you will work closely with your team and be based in Mörbylånga or Färjestaden. We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role, can work both independently and in a team, takes responsibility, and has a good attitude.

The recruitment is for summer temporary positions with a possibility of extension. Our vacation periods are week 25-28 (period 1) and week 29-32 (period 2). We prioritize applicants who can work the entire summer or a longer continuous period but also see the need for applicants who can work parts of the summer. Working hours are scheduled during the day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. You also have the opportunity to work nights.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed nurse/district nurse. Experience in elderly care and home healthcare is an advantage. Ability to collaborate, flexibility, and personal suitability are highly valued. A driver's license is required.

To be considered for employment in social care in Mörbylånga municipality, the employer will request that the applicant presents an extract from the police criminal record against HVB homes.
