Description Our client in Finspång is looking for a project manager in production development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading feasibility studies and projects within process optimization, machine investments, restructuring in workshop areas, and modernization of machines and production facilities. You will also work on the development of the company's production equipment and production methods through environmental analyses to ensure competitive manufacturing.

Responsibilities As a project manager, you will drive projects within production in Finspång and be responsible for the entire process from feasibility study to implementation. You will conduct economic analyses for investments, develop technical specifications, and review layouts for the installation of new equipment as well as the relocation of existing equipment, focusing on optimal flows. The role involves ensuring that costs, timelines, laws, and regulations are followed and that any performance targets are met. You will prepare decision-making materials for the steering group or other stakeholders and develop action programs to optimize production processes. The role may also involve heavy lifting and condition analyses in connection with machine handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving projects within process optimization and investment projects in the manufacturing industry.

• Knowledge of lifting requirements and crane handling.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in modernizing machines and production facilities.

• Knowledge of production layout and flow optimization.

Conditions The position is based in Finspång and starts by agreement. The assignment is ongoing and is full-time.
