We are looking for a technically curious and solution-oriented designer who wants to work with the service and further development of steam turbines. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in the borderland between design, analysis, inspections, and customer-facing technical support. Here you will have a varied everyday life and the opportunity to contribute to both short and long assignments together with an experienced team.

In the role, you will work with both operational and development-oriented tasks related to steam turbines. You will often follow the work through the entire process, from idea and quotation support to implementation and commissioning. You will become an important technical resource for both internal functions and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Turbine design and design changes
• Participation in turbine inspections in connection with overhauls (opportunity exists)
• Conducting lifetime assessments and technical analyses
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving related to turbine systems
• Technical support to the sales organization and service engineers
• Contributing to the development of service products
• Participating as a sub-project manager in relevant technical projects

• Civil engineer or experienced university/high school engineer in a relevant field
• Comfortable communicating in Swedish and English
• Meticulous, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Interest in mechanics, strength, machine design, and thermodynamics
