We are looking for an experienced project manager who wants to drive development and improvement projects within production. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive on leading change work, developing work methods, and optimizing production flows. You will play a significant role in modernizing equipment, strengthening capacity, and creating a competitive manufacturing environment together with an engaged team.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects within production in Finspång
• Conduct feasibility studies prior to changes and investments
• Lead projects related to machine investments and production equipment
• Plan and implement restructuring in workshop and production environments
• Work on modernizing machines and facilities, including heavy lifting and condition analyses
• Conduct capacity analyses and evaluate needs
• Prepare financial analyses and investment calculations
• Establish technical specifications
• Work on layout changes for optimal installation and flow
• Ensure cost control, timelines, legal requirements, and relevant goals
• Prepare decision-making materials for steering groups or stakeholders
• Design action programs to optimize production processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience leading projects in the manufacturing industry
• Background in process optimization and investment projects
• Knowledge of lifting requirements and crane handling
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Structured, analytical, and confident in decision-making
