Are you a technical problem solver with an eye for efficiency? As a production engineer at Together Tech, you will be a key player in ensuring the manufacturability of future production and optimizing production flows. We offer developing assignments and a shared passion for sustainable product development.

As a production engineer with us, you will play a central role in our clients' development projects where you collaborate closely with both design and production. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the manufacturability of new products, as well as streamlining production flows for both new and existing products. By working on the development of production documentation and 3D-based work instructions for final assembly and system installation, you contribute to high-quality and cost-effective technical solutions.

As a production engineer, you will among other things

• Review and assess design documentation from a manufacturability perspective
• Provide technical support to assembly personnel in their work
• Follow up and quality assure manufacturing preparations and processes
• Work on continuous improvements regarding design solutions and production processes
• Establish work instructions
• Specify and define the need for tools and fixtures
• Work on implementing and industrializing new processes

Your technical background

• High school diploma or relevant further education such as YH, university
• You have 2 years of work experience in production engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry
• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English

Some of our assignments are within security-classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for security-classified areas.
