About the job as a project sub-leader:

As a project sub-leader at Jefferson Wells, working with Siemens Energy in Finspång, you will be a key person in the work with technical information for gas turbines. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on deliveries and leading several sub-projects in parallel. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions and external parties, providing you with a varied and developing everyday work life.

Common tasks:

• Be responsible for delivery, budget, and coordination within your project area.
• Lead 5-15 sub-projects in various phases.
• Ensure that information products meet agreed requirements and specifications.
• Coordinate activities between the project group's functions, external Siemens companies, and customers.
• Participate in and sometimes drive internal development and improvement projects.

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and enjoys taking responsibility. You have a good ability to collaborate and create well-functioning project teams. We would like you to have:

• A university degree or other relevant education.
• Some years of work experience are highly meritorious.
• Experience in project management or leadership is a plus.
• Interest in leading and creating well-functioning project teams.
• Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
• Good system skills and ease in learning new applications.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English - additional languages are meritorious.
• A structured and meticulous work style.
