We are looking for a CBT therapist for Nytida Strandhagen treatment home in Sävsjö, who has basic training in CBT equivalent to level 1 (you hold the qualification-based education).

About the role

You will conduct psychotherapy based on CBT under supervision and collaborate with other professionals at the treatment home. You will participate in the group therapies offered. You will internally collaborate to support other treatment staff in their daily work. Follow-up, quality, and patient safety are prioritized areas. You will have close cooperation with contact persons, psychiatrists, nurses, and your treatment team.

About Nytida Strandhagen, women’s treatment

Strandhagen in Sävsjö is a treatment home for women aged 18 and over, with the most common placement age being 18-30 years. The treatment home offers comprehensive DBT treatment (dialectical behavior therapy). CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is applied individually for individuals not included in DBT treatment. Personality disorders and neuropsychiatric diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, and autism spectrum disorders are common. There are sometimes combinations of the aforementioned mental health issues along with developed risk behaviors related to alcohol/drugs or developed addiction. At Strandhagen, a relapse prevention course is constantly ongoing.

Your experience and knowledge

We are looking for someone who has basic psychotherapy training in CBT (level 1) and experience working with the method. It is an advantage if you have training in DBT. It is also advantageous if you have training in trauma treatment and addiction care.

You also have an interest in close teamwork and find it easy to collaborate. Additionally, you have good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period.

Part-time: 50-75% 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting.

Start date: By agreement.
