ABOUT THE JOB

Do you want a job where you truly make a difference for another person? We are now looking for someone to work as a personal assistant for a man living in a picturesque environment, about 20 kilometers outside Tidaholm.

The man you will be assisting has a muscle disease that affects his muscle strength, energy, and stamina. Your contribution will therefore be an important part of his quality of life.

The job involves providing support in daily life, including meals, laundry, cleaning, and personal care. You will also accompany him on social activities, such as coffee breaks and enjoyable outings, which are an important and appreciated part of daily life.

There are various aids in the home that make the work easier, but at times the work can still be physically demanding. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to drive the client's car.

The working hours are scheduled both during the day and as awake night shifts, on both weekdays and weekends.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:

• Has a commitment to helping people
• Is flexible, proactive, and confident in your role
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Holds a driver's license and has access to your own car to get to the workplace
• Has experience in personal assistance or similar work (meritorious)

WORKING HOURS AND EMPLOYMENT DEGREE

• One position of approximately 75% and one as needed
• 12-hour shifts both day and night as well as weekends.

SALARY

At Vivida, as an assistant, you will receive a fixed base salary per hour + vacation pay and any additional compensation. A collective agreement is in place.

START DATE

The 75% position is to be filled in January 2026, but extra help is needed immediately.
