Social and attentive assistant wanted

We are now looking for a social and attentive assistant who works from a motivating approach. You will be part of a wonderful assistant team that supports our client, a man living in the countryside just outside Sävsjö. If you are someone who is not afraid to pitch in and has a twinkle in your eye, you might be the one we are looking for!

What the job entails

Your role will be to contribute through engagement and trust to make every day the best for our client. He requires assistance 24/7 and needs help/support with all aspects of his life. Our client is communicative and leads/plans his assistance himself. The tasks include personal care, daily planning, common household chores, cooking, and assisting with activities. Heavy lifting is involved, and while aids are available, it helps if you are in good physical shape.

What is required

For you to thrive together, we believe you are a social and solution-oriented person who enjoys working with people. You are flexible, attentive, and confident in yourself with the ability to motivate naturally.

Gender does not matter - what is important is who you are and your flexibility regarding how the days look. One day may focus on cooking and gardening, and the next day could be an ice hockey match. We also believe you are empathetic, solution-focused, and have a pleasant demeanor. As a person, you are responsible, able to be adaptable, and have a sense of when to step forward and when to step back.

We prefer that you have experience as a personal assistant or similar caregiving work, but it is not a requirement. The most important thing is that the cooperation between you works well. To be considered for the position, you must have a driver's license, access to a car, and be smoke-free.
