Description

We are looking for a school social worker for Reftele and Ås, where you will work at two different primary schools: Ölmestad School and Ängslyckan. Ölmestad School serves grades f-9, and Ängslyckan serves grades f-6.
Responsibilities
The role includes the tasks of a school social worker such as contact with students individually and in groups, guardians, school staff, and other relevant authorities, consultative work with school management and educators, as well as conducting school social investigations at the request of the principal. The work also includes collegial and professional development initiatives such as supervision, professional meetings in the social worker group, and meetings in the central student health group.
Qualifications
A degree in social work or another equivalent university/higher education is required. Experience in social work with children/students is an advantage. Independence and collaboration should be combined in teamwork.
Your role as an employee is closely linked to your ability to collaborate and participate in your own and the organization's development.
