Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference. The job is a position as a personal assistant for a 5-year-old boy living with his family outside Värnamo. The boy has significant support needs and requires help with everything. The most important qualities are that you are calm, attentive, and have a strong empathetic ability. Part of the day involves double staffing, meaning there are always two assistants working together.

Working hours: Mon-Sun (times may vary and change) and some double assistance may occur.
07:00-17:00
07:30-15:30
17:00-21:30
21:00-21:30

We are looking for someone who is:

* Has experience with children

Requirements: Driver's license and car to reach the workplace.

Experience working in preschool or as a student assistant is a plus.

Experience with children, epilepsy, and healthcare is also advantageous. Recruitment is ongoing, and we will hire immediately for the right person.
