Bullerbyn Preschool is a preschool with six departments. Here we work with professionalism and have a good working environment. Joy is a force that brings us together in our mission.

The preschool is part of unit 5 along with other preschools, and all preschools work project-based and with pedagogical documentation as an approach. The project is based on the unit's common theme and is shaped through children's play and exploration. Project-based work is our way of working systematically and across subjects.

The preschools in Vaggeryd municipality work together with Remida, which is an educational activity and a center for waste materials. Remida's philosophy is based on the idea that materials become educational in the hands of children, where creativity and sustainable future are always related to what is offered. For us, Remida is also a platform for collegial learning where educators meet in various networks.

With the help of tools such as observation, documentation, and reflection, you will make children's influence and learning processes visible; individually and in groups. Working with a hundred-language pedagogical documentation is a natural and important part of our systematic quality work and our organizational development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker with work experience, or alternatively documented long-term work experience in preschool. You have worked in a group of children and also have experience leading children in groups. You have an interest in children and their development.

In accordance with the Education Act, a criminal record extract is required before employment. Please order this in connection with your application.
