We are looking for two colleagues as we expand the workgroup with two additional family home secretaries to the investigation unit for children, youth & adults. The investigation unit for children, youth & adults consists of a unit manager, two administrators, four senior social workers, two family home secretaries, and 20 social workers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a family home secretary, you will be responsible for recruiting, investigating, and following up on family homes, emergency homes, contact families, and contact persons. You will guide and provide advice and support to the contractors to enable them to fulfill their assignments, which can be both rewarding and challenging. Responsibility for contract and compensation issues is included. The work involves documentation obligations in the operational system Combine. The work is done together with colleagues and close supervision.
You will also work closely with the child's social worker to create the best possible conditions for our placed children and youth. The position involves travel to contractors, which may require evening work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or another relevant education. You have experience in the social services' authority work directed at children and youth. Experience working with placed children and youth, preferably as a family home secretary, is an advantage. It is also advantageous if you have training in the investigation method “In a Lasting Relationship” and supervisor training. You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. A B driver's license is a requirement.

ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATION
The individual and labor market administration is one of seven administrations in Tranås municipality. The administration includes authority and open care work for children, youth, and adults, financial support, the labor market department, and adult education. The goal is to work more cross-professionally and create a holistic perspective for the citizens we meet, to best provide support and create benefits in our common mission. To streamline work and strengthen collaboration, the administration has been divided into three sections:
- Section for authority exercise
- Section for execution activities
- Section for adult education
These sections work closely together to ensure a cohesive and qualitative service for the residents. The authority exercise section consists of two units: support and financial assistance and the investigation unit for children, youth, and adults.
