JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working within the disability care services means that you will be working with individuals who have been granted assistance under the Act on Support and Service. Here you will meet people with physical, mental, or intellectual disabilities. With us, you will be involved in providing care, motivation, and support to help the individuals you meet continue to develop their abilities and independence. You will be an important part of the whole, where you and about 300 other employees work with personal care services, ranging from shopping, laundry, and cleaning, to providing support and care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education. It is an advantage if you have focused on health and care or child and leisure studies.

You need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as the job involves daily contact with users and colleagues, as well as documentation and reading of information relevant to the work.

To thrive with us, you should have the ability to prioritize and plan your work, both individually and collaboratively with your colleagues. Furthermore, we see that you are empathetic, flexible, independent, and responsible. You have a good demeanor and your ability to cooperate is strong. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We view positively if you can work at least six consecutive weeks to ensure good summer planning.

A driving license (B) is an advantage.
