What the Job Entails

The boy lives with his family in Bankeryd, which will also be your workplace. Your workplace may also be wherever he is, which can include other activities outside the home such as training or social activities. He enjoys gaming and working out at the gym. The job includes participating in all aspects of daily life such as personal care, meals, exercise, and leisure activities. The work involves lifting; aids are available, but it is an advantage if you have good physical fitness. Your role will also be to stimulate and motivate development through humor and activities.

Requirements

You who are applying should be a girl or boy aged 18-40 (you must be at least 18 years old) who is secure and stable in yourself. To thrive in the role, we see that you are a positive and reliable team player who enjoys collaborating but can also take responsibility. It is important that you are flexible and understand that the work is based on the specific needs of the client. You have experience in personal assistance or similar caregiving work. It is also an advantage if you have studied healthcare or have previously worked with children or youth. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required for communication with our client as well as for documentation in the service.
