Personal Assistant Needed in Eksjö

We are looking for a personal assistant for a cheerful and active young man in Eksjö. The work in this group means that the workplace is wherever the client is. We are looking for someone who can step in as needed during the regular staff's sick leave and vacation; this position may lead to summer employment.

The daily tasks include assisting with basic needs such as feeding, dressing and undressing, communication, and personal hygiene. The job also involves accompanying the client to various activities such as daily operations and activities the client wishes to perform.

By working with the client, you will have a varied and stimulating job, but the work is also responsible, and it is important to follow routines. Being able to set boundaries is a requirement.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

We are looking for someone who is responsible, flexible, and enjoys staying active throughout the day. It is also important that you can collaborate with the client, colleagues, and relatives. You should not be allergic to pets as there is a dog in the home. We prefer candidates with experience in similar tasks.

For this position, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of sign language or a desire to learn.
• Driver's license (B).
• Swedish spoken and written.
• Good swimming skills.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

Hourly employment that may lead to summer employment. Work shifts during the day, evening, and night.
