We are now looking for summer substitutes for our team at Huluäng.

About Huluäng The service accommodation Huluäng is aimed at adults with autism, mild intellectual disabilities, or acquired brain injuries. Huluäng's service accommodation is a semi-basement villa with four apartments on the lower floor and four apartments on the upper floor. On the upper floor, there are common areas for socializing and activities.

The accommodation is located in the Hovslätt area in southern Jönköping. A few steps outside the accommodation, there is a bus stop, making it easy and close to get into Jönköping.

About the role In the role of housing supporter, you will start from the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documentation. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

Your experience and knowledge We prefer that you have a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and experience with documentation. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will support you and provide opportunities for growth.

You have a positive outlook, a strong commitment to people, and are responsible. You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues, always keeping our clients' best interests in mind in everything you do.
