About the position:

We are now looking for a new work supervisor for our operations located in central Nässjö. As a work supervisor, you work with people who have disabilities within the group of persons covered by LSS, intellectual disabilities, autism, or autism spectrum disorders. There may also be additional diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, Tourette's, and behavioral issues. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.

Employment conditions

We are now looking for an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. The position is 80% and the working hours are daytime Monday to Friday.

We apply individual salary setting and other compensation is according to collective agreements. Start date for the position is according to agreement.

• Education as a nursing assistant, social educator, or equivalent that the employer deems appropriate.

• Experience from similar operations

• Knowledge of low-arousal approaches, clarifying pedagogy

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing as documentation is a large part of the work

• B driver's license, manual.
