Can you step in at short notice and have high availability? Perhaps you are retired or a student? Then this job is for you!

We are looking for a female personal assistant who can step in for several of our wonderful clients in Nässjö and surrounding areas. We prefer that you are empathetic, attentive, and can easily adapt to different situations that the job requires. We want you to see the work as long-term, as this is valuable for our clients.

As a personal assistant, your main tasks will include transfers, personal hygiene, assistance, support during meal situations, medication management, household chores, and accompanying clients to activities.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have a driver's license and access to a car
• Be able to work days, evenings, sleeping nights, and weekends
• Be flexible and available
• Tolerate pets
• Be smoke-free
• Speak clear Swedish, understand the Swedish language, and manage the Swedish language in writing as record-keeping is one of the tasks.
• Have experience in care and assistance (preferable)

• Employment type: Hourly employment/On-demand employment
• Scope: Part-time
• Working hours: Days, evenings, sleeping nights, and weekends
• Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
