Liminity is in the midst of an exciting growth journey with an increasing number of projects and clients. We are now looking for a tech lead for our internal development team who enjoys coding as much as coaching.

What you will do

You will code, design technical solutions, review, and simultaneously coach our more junior colleagues. The projects vary – one week you might build an AI integration, the next week it's a Power Apps solution or a new feature in a full-stack application.

Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind
Backend: FastAPI, Python, PostgreSQL
Platforms: Microsoft 365, Azure
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
Testing: Jest, Pytest, Playwright
AI: AI SDK

Who we are looking for

Several years of experience as a full-stack developer
Strong in TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (preferably Next.js/React)
Experience with Python and FastAPI
Experience building integrations between different systems and services
Used to leading or mentoring other developers
Self-driven – you identify problems and solve them
