We are now looking for someone to work as a Claims Advisor at our clients' authorized car workshops in Northern Stockholm. About the role of Claims Advisor

In the role of Claims Advisor, you act as the link between our customers, insurance companies, and workshop technicians. You guide customers through the claims process; from the initial report to the completed repair. The role involves administration, customer contact, dialogue with suppliers, and ensuring the quality of our services. It is a central role in creating a safe and smooth experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Receive and register claims from customers (phone, email, and in person)
• Inspect vehicle damage and create estimates in Cabas/CabPlan
• Be responsible for communication with insurance companies and handle quotes and orders
• Plan and follow up on ongoing claims together with the technicians' team
• Keep the customer updated on the process and delivery times – always with a high level of service
• Invoicing and follow-up work after the repair is completed

Qualifications and personal qualities we are looking for

• Experience in claims handling, customer reception, or vehicle administration is highly meritorious
• You have good communication skills and enjoy daily customer contact
• Strong desire to find solutions, create structure, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Basic computer skills and experience with administrative tools. Knowledge of Cabas is a requirement.
• You are meticulous, responsible, and positive – even in stressful periods
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. Basic English is an advantage
• Manual B driver's license

Location and employment conditions

• Location: Authorized workshop, Northern Stockholm
• Scope: Full-time, permanent with a six-month probationary period
• Start: Immediately or according to agreement
