Responsibilities

As an Application Specialist at Skyresponse, you will be a key person in our Customer Success team. You will help our customers maximize the value of the platform through configurations, integrations, and tailored solutions. The role also involves contributing to the further development of our services based on customer needs and having the opportunity to influence both product development and customer experience.

In this role, you will also:

• Be responsible for configuration and implementation of applications in customer environments

• Troubleshoot and solve problems in complex cases

• Collaborate with the development team to improve functionality and user experience

• Participate in customer dialogues and provide technical advice

Education, experience, and personal qualities

    • Relevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or similar

    • Experience in application operations, configuration, and integrations with external systems

    • Good understanding of APIs and cloud-based solutions

    • Basic understanding of programming, preferably Python and C#

    • Familiarity with SQL databases

    • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for a person who is solution-oriented and communicative. You have the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions in a pedagogical way. Your analytical side allows you to quickly identify problems and find effective solutions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

We are also looking for someone who is self-driven and team-oriented. The role requires you to take responsibility for configurations and implementations, but also to collaborate closely with creative colleagues within the Customer Success team, which currently consists of Project Managers, Integration Specialists, Customer Success Managers, ECO partner program, and Support. You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can combine technical expertise with customer contact and are eager to learn new systems and technologies.
