We are now looking for a System Developer for our client.

Description: The client requires a consultant to act as a senior system developer in one of our agile delivery teams working within the delivery area of Secured Payment. The work will involve both frontend and backend development. Must-have requirements:  • Competence level 4 (9-12 years) • At least 8 years of experience in development with Java EE • The 8 years must include at least 2 years of experience in development with the JMS API together with e.g. ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ • At least 2 years of experience in frontend development with Angular, including work with the latest versions (version 19 or higher) • The consultant must be able to be on-site at the Customs Agency's premises in Luleå 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require presence in the office several days. The rest of the time can be performed remotely.

Nice-to-have requirements:  Experience in system development related to payment systems (accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, integration with banks) Experience in system development within a government agency Experience with JBOSS or Wildfly application server Experience in developing unit tests with JUnit Experience with Linux

Scope: 100%, at least 2 days/week on-site Start date: 2026-04-01 End date: 2027-03-31 Contract extension: 2 extensions of 12 months each
