At In The Cold, we build robust and user-friendly websites with a high degree of accessibility. In the role of project manager with us, you will be the hub between our clients and the business – an influential role that suits you if you are genuinely interested in communication and technology, thrive in a leadership role, have the ability to describe complex processes, and simultaneously build long-lasting relationships.

As a project manager at In The Cold, you will be our clients' go-to person for all inquiries. Our clients currently span several different segments – including government agencies, municipalities, municipal companies, fundraising organizations, and strong brands in products, food, and tourism. Most have integrations with various systems, such as payment solutions, e-commerce, inventory, and booking pages. For some clients, we are also responsible for server and hosting.

Based on the clients' challenges, problems, and needs – primarily related to websites and e-commerce – your task will be to prioritize, allocate, and coordinate internal tasks. Each week, you will have ongoing check-ins with developers and designers and can quickly understand various problems to then present a good and sustainable solution for the client. In addition, you will work on:

• Regularly checking in with our clients and working proactively to meet their needs.

• Setting up projects where you clearly specify what needs to be done, when, where, how, and by whom.

• Ensuring that everyone on the team (designers and developers) knows what is expected.

• Ensuring that the project stays on schedule.

• Being responsible for the project's finances.

• With a keen sense, you keep clients informed about our process and ensure they experience transparency and trust throughout the project.

• You will take over responsibility for some existing clients but will also be responsible for finding new business. Whether they are new or old clients for us, you will have the opportunity to manage the relationship so that they see us as professional and solution-oriented.

You will be part of a small group of project managers where everyone has key roles in the organization. Thus, you will have a job with significant influence and, of course, knowledgeable colleagues to bounce ideas off. The position is based at our office in Piteå, and we desire presence in the office.

To thrive in this role, we believe that you as a candidate have a few years of experience in similar tasks. At your core, you have a genuine interest in technology. We work in WordPress, and we would like you to have experience with it. You have an understanding of how different systems and integrations are interconnected, and even if you will not work with it hands-on, you can explain and describe complex processes and solutions to our clients in a pedagogical manner.

As a person, you are structured, social, and have an easy time creating and maintaining relationships. Most of our clients have been with us for many years, and we see ourselves as genuinely interested partners who care about our clients and their success. For you as a project manager, this means opportunities to build long-term relationships and take ownership of the client and the management of our efforts.

Above all, you are driven by a desire to deliver a good service where the client is satisfied and where the team simultaneously feels pride in their efforts. To succeed in this, you need to be a team player, have an eye for detail, and be good at communicating. You are not afraid to take initiative, suggest improvements, and speak up if something is not going according to plan.
