We are now looking for experienced Data Scientists with AI expertise for our teams in Luleå. You choose which location you want to base yourself in.

About the role

As a Data Scientist at Agio, you help our customers take the next step in their digital journey.

You will work with:

• Advanced data analysis and AI/ML models
• Predictive models and statistical analyses
• Automation, smart data flows, and decision support
• Identification of new insights that create direct business value

You will become a key part of helping organizations leverage the opportunities of digitalization, from efficiency improvements to entirely new ways of working.

We believe you have experience with:

• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, data analyst, or in AI/ML roles
• AI/ML models such as prediction, classification, and clustering
• Python or R (preferably with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas/polars, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Data visualization with Matplotlib, Seaborn, or BI tools like Power BI
• Version control (Git) and container technology (Docker)
• API integrations and working with data from multiple sources
• Swedish language proficiency (written and spoken)

Additional qualifications:

• Knowledge of information security, GDPR, and ethical AI
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services
• Familiarity with RAG solutions, agents, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex

You will join our Business Area Data Analysis and BI – a team of BI and AI specialists who share a passion for creating value with data.

We work with a Microsoft orientation and are located in Luleå. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence future data-driven decisions in Sweden.
