Here, you will join an experienced and inclusive team responsible for the operation and maintenance of our own IT infrastructure. Managing security platforms will become part of your daily routine, as will constantly seeking new and better opportunities to improve our security work. You will collaborate with competent colleagues who manage and develop the delivery within IT/OT, including project execution and maintenance work.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contribute to the daily work of managing and developing our security platforms.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of security-enhancing measures.
• Be involved in strengthening and developing our ability to detect and handle security threats.
• Work with risk and security protection analyses, as well as create and follow up on security plans.
• Support operations and projects in security-related matters.
• Act as a requirements setter when purchasing IT/OT security products and related services.

The role may, in the long term, include on-call duties.

Requirements

To thrive and succeed in this role, you have good self-leadership and feel comfortable in a role with responsibility and many areas of collaboration. You work in a structured manner, are good at creating order, and are driven by building successful teams through collaboration and joint problem-solving.

Since the network in this role is partly international, you need a good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.

We know that you will develop together with us, but for this role, we would like you to already have:

• Some years of experience working within IT/OT security.
• Experience working with and administering infrastructure components (Linux, Windows, networks/firewalls) in environments with high availability requirements.
• Experience in managing and developing security platforms.
• Relevant education in the field, or equivalent work experience.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Good technical knowledge within IT/OT security and security platforms, for example, for security logging, vulnerability scanning, and similar.
• Certification within the security area.
