Responsibilities

In the role of System Engineer, you will become part of a small operations team where you work operationally with operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and further development of the technical platform. You contribute to ensuring a stable, secure, and well-functioning IT environment through a proactive approach and a continuous focus on improvements.

You will work with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of systems and infrastructure, as well as handling incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis during operational disruptions. The role also involves participating in the work to modernize the platform and implement technical improvements to strengthen security, availability, and robustness.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues and other internal functions, where you contribute technical expertise and solution proposals within your specialist area.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a System Engineer and who thrive in an operational role where technology, problem-solving, and continuous development are in focus. You work in a structured and methodical manner, have a strong technical interest, and are driven by finding effective solutions to complex problems.

You have at least five years of experience in the field, along with relevant education or equivalent competence. It is an advantage if you have experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization (preferably VMware), networking and firewalls, Linux, and DevOps tools.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and humble. You thrive in an open culture where collaboration is central and have a strong drive to learn new things, utilize documentation, and use modern tools to solve complex problems.
