Responsibilities

In the role of Tech Lead in Luleå, you will become a key person in a small operations team. You are responsible for leading daily work while simultaneously working operationally with operations, troubleshooting, and improvements. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and management, where you coordinate efforts and drive the work forward.

You will play a central role in developing and modernizing the technical platform, with a focus on security, stability, and proactive monitoring. In the long term, you are expected to take clear team lead responsibility, drive projects, follow up on deliveries, and contribute to strengthening system robustness while reducing the impact of operational disruptions.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as an operations technician and are ready to take greater responsibility in a leadership role. You have natural leadership skills and thrive in an environment where you can combine technical work with structuring, prioritizing, and supporting others. You have good analytical skills, work methodically with problem-solving, and feel confident communicating with both technicians and decision-makers.

You have at least five years of experience in the field and relevant education or equivalent competence. It is an advantage if you have experience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, virtualization (preferably VMware), networking and firewalls, Linux, as well as DevOps tools.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-oriented, and unpretentious. You thrive in an open culture where collaboration is central and have a strong personal drive to learn new things, utilize documentation, and use modern tools to solve complex problems.
