Here you will work with data-driven solutions, system development, and smart integrations for customers in the mining and process industries, among others. Information about the position

Professionals Nord is recruiting system developers on behalf of AFRY. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at AFRY for 12 months. The intention is that you may eventually be hired directly by AFRY, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

In the role of Industrial IT Programmer/System Developer, you work on developing and improving digital solutions for customers in industry, mining, and process operations. You handle data, build integrations between different systems, and develop features that streamline customers' operations. The work takes place in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues, where you combine technology, problem-solving, and business understanding.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop and further develop system solutions in, among other things, C# and database environments such as Oracle
• Work with the collection, management, and visualization of industrial data
• Create integrations between OT/IT systems and various production environments
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers regarding needs, improvements, and technical solutions

We are looking for you who

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive in the role at AFRY. We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in technology and want to develop within industrial IT. We believe you have experience in system development, databases, or related IT areas, preferably with knowledge in, for example, C#, Oracle, or integrations between different systems. Experience from industry, mining, process, or production environments is advantageous, as is knowledge in PLC, OT, or IoT.

As a person, you are self-motivated, curious, and solution-oriented with the ability to identify needs and drive work forward. You enjoy collaborating, are eager to share your knowledge, and have a flat-hierarchy approach. Since the role involves customer contact, we also see that you are communicative, professional, and have good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
