You will step into a socially important IT environment where two significant changes are happening simultaneously: the implementation of DevOps and the work to replace an existing application suite. Here, you will play a central role in creating structure, driving progress, and gathering the right competencies around initiatives that affect both working methods and technical transition.

You will work closely with selected employees within different parts of the IT organization and become the one holding the whole together. • You lead the implementation of DevOps together with relevant parts of the IT organization.
• You drive the work of replacing an existing application suite and create structure in the execution.
• You coordinate employees and stakeholders within affected areas to ensure progress and correct prioritization.
• You produce analyses, investigations, and decision support materials related to IT systems and IT environments.
• You follow up on the work and ensure that initiatives stay within given boundaries.
• You communicate status, risks, and progress clearly to relevant groups.
• You proactively contribute with experiences from similar change journeys and identify improvement opportunities along the way.

• At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
• At least 3 years of experience conducting investigations of IT systems and IT environments, as well as producing decision support materials.
• Extensive knowledge of agile working methods.
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience in project management for procurement according to LOU (Public Procurement Act).
• Experience in change management.
• Experience with DevOps implementation.
• Experience in system development.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with automated workflows in system development.
