We are looking for someone who can build for real.

Huvudkontoret is a newly established tech company in Luleå focusing on AI, system development, and digital solutions that work in practice. The company is new, but the experience is not.

We are now looking for an AI developer who wants to be involved early on.

The Role

You are likely a confident developer who is still curious. Someone who likes to understand why something is built, not just what should be built. Here, you will work with system development, AI-adjacent solutions, and digital products that are used in real-world scenarios. This could involve building new services, integrating AI into existing systems, developing internal tools, automating workflows, or helping customers make better technical decisions.

We work closely with both technology and business operations. Therefore, we believe you appreciate the big picture as much as the implementation.

We believe you have

• At least 5 years of experience in system development
• Strong experience with Java
• Experience with modern development environments and methodologies
• Tested or worked with AI-assisted development, such as Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools
• A genuine interest in technology and a habit of staying updated
• The ability to take responsibility, reason about solutions, and care about the quality of what you build
