Software Developer at the Swedish Customs

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as a software developer.

The IT department of the Swedish Customs in Luleå is Northern Sweden's largest employer in IT, with around 350 employees. With us, you will work with the latest technology and participate in the development of several exciting areas of operation. Together with colleagues who complement each other, you will solve new tasks every day and contribute to the Swedish Customs' vital societal mission.

Your Role

As a software developer, you will participate in the development of our electronic archive. You will work in a team that ensures that information is packaged, transferred, and preserved in a secure and sustainable manner – and that everything works in accordance with standards, legal requirements, and the needs of the operation.

You Will Work With

  • Working with metadata, validation, and structuring of archive packages
  • Developing functions for exporting and importing data to the e-archive
  • Building and maintaining integrations between operational systems and the archive solution
  • Ensuring that the solutions meet requirements for security, traceability, and quality
  • Collaborating closely with archivists and business experts

Who Are You?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in software development
  • You have experience with SQL and Java
  • You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Meritorious Experience

  • Knowledge of server environments Windows and Linux
