We are now looking for a Level 3 System Developer for our client.

The client needs a consultant who will act as a system developer in one of our agile delivery teams working within the delivery area of Secured Payment. The work will involve both frontend and backend development.

Mandatory requirements: • Competence level 3 • At least 4 years of experience in development with Java EE • The 4 years must include at least 1 year of experience with JMS API together with e.g. ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, or RabbitMQ • At least 1 year of experience in frontend development with Angular, including work with the latest versions (version 19 or higher) • The consultant must be able to be on-site at the Customs Agency's premises in Luleå 2 days a week. However, some weeks may require presence in the office several days. The rest of the time can be performed remotely.

Desirable requirements: Experience in system development regarding payment systems (accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, integration with banks) Experience in system development within government agencies Experience with JBOSS or Wildfly application server Experience in developing unit tests with JUnit Experience with Linux

Scope: 100%, at least 2 days/week on-site

Start date: 2026-04-01 End date: 2027-03-31 Contract extension: 2 extensions of 12 months each
