JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Business Developer, you will play a key role in supporting and challenging our operations in their digital development. You will work closely with your colleagues and managers across the company, translating needs into concrete, sustainable, and value-creating solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and participating in digitization and development projects
• Identifying and analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements and solution proposals with the user in focus
• Streamlining workflows and contributing to increased automation, including with the help of AI
• Preparing decision-making materials and ideas and presenting them to management and steering groups
• Ensuring that initiatives align with the company's goals, strategy, and community mission
• The assignment may also involve group-wide collaboration
